Here's a part of a page depicting an earlier version of my "Aria" character. It's rough and a lower resolution version had been posted previously, but I thought I'd post this version because it offers more detail and shows what Aria may have looked like in one of the styles I was experimenting with.
I think it fits in very well with the other characters, I like the softness. Shows the side that wins Opey`s heart just before the accident with the time machine where Opey ends up becoming his own Great-Grandfather..... (Oooooooooops, sorry about the spoiler folks.... BAD Alvin!!!!!)

Nice draw! Definitely a more cartoony (at least in facial expression) style, and maybe a bit more manga-ey. Is this your original concept for the bus scene? Is all that machinery part of the bus - jet engines, air conditioning, reserve weapons in case the driver-robot has trouble keeping the kids under control? You said you wanted to end Opey with #3...I gotta ask - will there be a conclusion? Like I said before, I am fine with the saga coming to an end, so long as there is a sufficient ending that ties everything up. I really love the comic and you have me utterly addicted to the character (not jk!). What is your ingenious plan, might I ask? I didn't get to reply to your last journal, and I gotta say that I agree with those other people - your art is a lot better than most published comics, Zack. Maybe look into Image? Or self-publishing would be sweet. Gotta respect self publishers.
