Here's a commissioned sequence featuring the reappearance of "Mr. Fugly", a shapeshifting fellow who showed up in "Getting into the Role 15" ( [link] ).

Mr. Fugly's a malleable little guy who, in this sequence, changes into a variety of video game characters, including Mai Shiranui ("Fatal Fury"), Bayonetta ("Bayonetta"), Zelda ("The Legend of Zelda"), Morrigan ("Darkstalkers"), Lilith ("Darkstalkers", again), and Felicia ("Darkstalkers", one more, with feeling).

I'm rather surprised it took me eighteen "Getting into the Role" sequences before I hit any one of those characters.
