It's a lot more cartoony and manga-looking.
I draw the pages use one of those old-school dip pens (you know, the ones where you dip a knib into an ink bottle and draw using the knib). More specifically, I use a Hunt-108 knib and Higgins Eternal Waterproof ink. The Hunt-108 is great because its flexible and can do a nice range of lines (from very thin to very thick).
I was certain that you had used more than one tool, but I see now. That's really cool. Thanks for the answer, I'll have to look into that. ^^
