Here is the 19th page of my work-in-progress webcomic, "Venus Hunter". It's the story of an assassin, Harry, who lives in a futuristic world where men and women are segregated by a race of not-so friendly space aliens. Harry, seen here, is hired to take down a prominent female politician in the female part of the world. Unfortunately for Harry, the people sending him to bump off the politician want him to do so under the guise of a woman. So, they arrange for him to do exactly that.

This is more of a comic strip (no pun intended) than a comic page, but I thought that I'd use this format to show more effectively Harry's transformation into a woman than the standard 10 x 15 inch format used in comic pages.

What was interesting about drawing this strip was drawing the progression of Harry from man to woman, and what each step in-between may look like. It was a fun exercise in rendering anatomical transition between a full-blown brawny man to a small, round petite woman. The anatomy is not perfect, needless to say (Harry's legs are way too short and thin in the first drawing).

After having completed this page, I'm still up in the air if I'll do other pages, simply because I'm currently working on so many other projects (Opey, Pennies from Heaven, Anyone but Virginia, Everyday is Like Doomsday, and Kingdom Hearts Gender Bender), but if I do, I'll do the first page of the comic and move from there.
